My Story:  Born into a blood-line of teachers, I struggled through conventional education to overcome the label of dyslexia.  I overachieved in college, writing and directing a handful of expirimental plays. Took a job with the family company coordinating international education conferences. Then moved to Hawaii for several years to live on an artist's commune, teach drama and work on gay and lesbian marriage rights.  I was initiated into tantra, yoga, the occult, and survived the indoctrination of a number of religious organizations.  I soul-searched through South East Asia and backpacked around Europe. Until one day, I crashed: drugs, divorce, depression, death, all caught up with me. I acquainted myself with the darkness. 

Through meditation, coaching and prayer, I began the direct experience of who I really am.  In re-connected with my God-self, I started to naturally attract a life I love.  I've made a home in San Diego, with a life partner that I'm passionate about. We traveled to China and India on spiritual pilgrimmage, and co-taught two years worth of monthly playshops.

My students kept coming to me for deeper spiritual council.  As I got to know these individuals, I realized that they didn't need spiritual advice as much as they needed someone to co-create with them in practical areas of their life such as career, romance, finance, creativity...  So I offered the best medicine I knew: disciplined listening mixed with powerful questions. This resulted in positive and lasting transformation.

After an independent study with a master coach, I set out on a coaching path, which I find even more rewarding than yoga.  I coach 10-15 clients per week who's positions range from business owners, engineers, artists, and athletes from Los Angeles to Rhode Island.

I've been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for about seven years while traveling Europe, Asia and the South Pacific. I'm certified by the International Sivinanda and Ayurvedic Society, and have earned degrees in communications and performance arts from Arizona State University. I've written, directed and produced a handful of professional and academic plays. My coaching training included a year-long independent study with a master coach. I currently serve on the Tantra Puja Committee for San Diego and I recently returned from a 5 week immersive pilgrimage with a tantra Master in South India. Click for Resume.
